All my remaining aches are now officially gone and I got a new plan for tomorrow.
At around 9pm I did a 2nd wave of workout. Mainly to see how much I can do now and yes, I can make this into a habit.
- Leg lifts – 3 sets of 12
- Squats – 3 sets of 12
My knees naturally face inward and Ros taught me to make them face front and not allowing them to point inward as I squat. SO POWERFUL. I am totally working my inner thigh and butt.
Wow~ I really didn’t know how great a one-to-one trainer can be. Everyone should get one!! ❤ ❤
Oh~~~ now I am cute, smart, has a nice body and a sexy butt.
Meanwhile I am also developing special powers. I am the best. :3
